Hosted Email Recommendations

Hey everyone, What hosted email solutions to you recommended for the SOHO style company? We're using intermedia and not too happy.

Looking for normal Outlook stuff and maybe Active Sync/BES.

Have you looked at Microsoft Online?

They have Exchange online or even Business Productivity Online Suite
(BPOS comes with Exchange, Communicator, Live Meeting, and SharePoint). It is a good deal for SOHO.

Damn, I totally forgot about this. I tried this for a month (free trial), and liked it a lot. Great for SOHO as mentioned.
