There are quite a few Virtual Labs that can be useful. I'm not sure if these are only avaliable to TechNet subscribers though.

I wonder if there were seperate question pools because I had just a handful on SCCM and it was more theory/design than actual usage.

I think there may have been. I had only a few myself and they were all very general. Like the WSUS questions in the 70-290. All I needed to know was how it worked and general concepts.
