Seems kinda asinine to yell at them for that when they're giving you a free book. Don't get me wrong, I know NetApp isn't being selfless doing this, but still...

Thought I'd call that number, JD, and give them a piece of my mind, but a pre-recorded message says it isnt a valid phone number. I have a couple of friends in California and got them to sign up and post me the book when it arrives in the post.
