They forget to mention that in order to land that job you'd need to be a seasoned IT pro. One only has to take a look at the requirements for the jobs listed to realize what sork of skill set is required.

Job prospects bright for people who already have bright job prospects. I think the term would be called poaching talent.

Seriously though, you are exactly right. That was the first thing I thought when I read the article. Now is a great time if you have years of experience.
