Pearson CCNA Network Simulator on Linux?

I bought a copy of the Pearson CCNA 640-802 Network Simulator. The box says it requires XP Pro, Vista or Mac OS X. It also requires Java Runtime Environment and Adobe Reader so I'm not so sure it's platform dependent.

Has anyone had success running this under Linux?

I haven't opened the package so the only thing I've tried is research and that has been unproductive so far.

you have nothing to loose in trying it, as you say, It's java based, it's apparently supposed to be platform independent, unless the idiots have made it be
