UCCX Exam

Anyone know of any study materials that are NOT:
a. The UCCXD course
b. Braindumps

I am taking the UCCXD course on learning credits, and it seems to make sense to take the exam, but a search for learning materials didn't turn up anything legitimate.

Otherwise, does anyone know if the course and a little on the job is generally enough to pass?

Given you've got your NP I'd say review the ONT material and SDM gui and you should be good to go.

The class focuses in call center, so I doubt those will help. Which course are you taking. The setting it up, or building scripts?

Even back in the old IPCC days there wasn't much other than the Official Course & the Cisco Docs.

The UCCXD course, the Cisco Docs and a bunch of hands on lab work should be enough for the exam.

And for those wondering, we're talking about the Cisco IP Contact Center Express Specialist -- 642-164 UCCX

The first class, covers setup, basic scripting, etc.

CCBootCamp has a UCCX Video on Demand class - Not sure if it will differ much from the class that you are talking but it may be woth a look.

Possibly some of the IE vendors voice work books. I used one to get through not having labs to do my VP test. I will try to find my old book around here and update this post soon.

Yeah, I would love to see some cisco press books on contact centre express and enterprise. I need to get my head around the ivr scripting and call routing scripts for IPCC...

Let me know if you find some good documentation
