Trying to update the video card in a PE2650 Server 2003, where can I find a BIOS that will allow a PCI video card?
If you can get this to work, I'll give you $500.00 USD -NOT KIDDING-

Aside from that, wtf are you loading a PCI (assuming regular PCI) on a 2650 for? -

Probably because he's looking to do it on a PE2650...i.e. PowerEdge rackmount server and he's likely limited on his slots.
PCI in servers of that era are not that strange.
To the OP:
Did your Original GC die? That's would have been an integrated ATI board or such correct?
Can you enter BIOS and disable the on-board card?Plantwiz

Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...
