IBM Certified SOA Solution Designer preparation?

Hi Guys,

I was just wondering if anyone on this forum has written the IBM 00-669 exam to get the IBM Certified SOA Solution Designer certification. I wanted to prepare for this exam but don't know where to start and how to prepare as there are no set guidelines. Can anyone guide me on how should I prepare for this exam?

    It's a tough test. I took it about 2 years ago, and it's likely changed since then.

    The best advice I can give you for preparation is the following book:

    You might also consider perusing several of the IBM SOA Redbooks.

    When you say tough...you mean there is a lot to study or the exam is tricky? Also to pass this exam do I have to gain knowledge about IBM products in SOA domain?

    There is a lot of material to study.

    As I remember you do not need to have IBM specific product knowledge for this exam. Rather, you have to have IBM specific SOA approach knowledge.
