Do they above cards have the same interface and is the main difference speed? What is meant by the Synch\ASynch?

No, they do not have the same interface, WIC-2T's use SmartSerial cables.

The WIC-2A/S also uses SmartSerial cables.

As far as I can tell, the only real difference between them is the top end speed.
