70-680 book query

Looking at suitable non-microsoft books for the 70-680.

what's the difference between:

MCTS Windows 7 Configuration Study Guide: Exam 70-680 by William Panek (Paperback - 6 Apr 2010)

and

MCTS: Microsoft Windows 7 Configuration Study Guide (Exam 70-680) by William Panek (Paperback - 30 Sep 2011)

Has this got anything to do with Server 2008 R2 stuff?

Any other book recommendations appreciated for the 680.

I have read this author's 70-646 book and found it very useful.

Is this book suitable for the 680 exam - maybe it covers the same topics?

Would it be better to buy a book specific to the 680?

I usually end up buying a few books anyway but confused as to which one to start with.

I'm not rushing into any exam study at present just the basics with a view to taking the 680 as my next exam as we are now starting to deploy windows 7 pc's at work.

Any further thoughts appreciated

For pure 70-680, the Poulton book seems to be the best recommendation. Darril's 685/686 book makes a great companion, along with his 680/685/686 Pocket Command Guide.

The knock on the MS Press book was when it first came out, it had lots of errors, and the errata was many pages long.

The MS 70-680 Book has been reprinted. So it may be a much better source for the 70-680.
