I think it might be time gang
Today I was in a meeting with directors and C level employees and I hate to admit it and ashamed to admit it, but I was lost on some of the coversation exchanges today. ITIL, ISO, COBIT, none of it would prepare me for these types of meetings.
My bachelor of science is management and 75% of it I have forgotten. (Not all is foreign, assets = (liabilities + owner's equity)

I still remember some of the financial ratios, but the practical knowledge is lacking. Is this something I will have to just grow into or will getting an MBA most likely be required? This concerned me so much I called a meeting with my boss to discuss this. He and I have a very open and solid relationship. Defiently mentor / student relationship.
Has anyone ever be in this situation? I have to admit I felt weak, it really sucked.
My apologies this should of been in the degree and education forum.
