ITIL 2011 Service Operation in Electronic Format?

Hi, all. First-time poster.

I was thinking about purchasing the 'official' ITIL 2011 Service Operation book from Amazon. Does anyone know if this book comes with an electronic version (e.g. .pdf), or is there a purely electronic version available?

    The ITIL publishers offer 2 different electronic formats.

    1) PDF. Can be downloaded onto 1 machine only and printed once for backup purposes. Yours to keep forever, but if you change machine you lose it
    2) Online annual subscription - can be accessed from any internet connected PC for 12 months. No printing available

    TSO is the official publisher if the different formats aren't available via Amazon, or you can try IT Governance as well.
