Is there anything available that will walk you through different scenarios. I the M$ world there are plenty of options starting you from the beginning and then working you up to more advanced settings...

basically step 1 we are doing this.... 2 now we are going to do this 3 we will now do this 4 xxxxxx

A lot of great suggestions in this thread. You can also check out the Free CCNA Workbook, PacketLife has some pretty interesting labs available for use, and Blindhog has LOTS of lab-scenarios and set-up help for GNS3 specifically.
