One specific PPN always paid $45 for cancellation fees (see attached picture) I think it all depends on the PPNs and the the area you're at. From the Onforce forums, depending on the area and the availability of reliable techs, techs have been able to negotiate mileage, larger cancellation fees, larger hourly, etc. As I said, I only worked one work order that wasn't a PPN work order and I didn't get a cancellation on that one.
