I am glad it is done. It is also my last requirement to finish my degree at WGU. Two in one for this test. For anybody else taking this exam I felt it was easier than the other two in the MCSA/MCITP:SA track but you really have to watch for keywords and know the features. The examlets were kind of nice to break up the test and keep it from being boring.

congrats. Hoping to take this one in oct. What did you use to prep?
netsysllc
I used the official microsoft press book v2 and the Self Test practice tests. Which were a good base but technet was an invaluable resource.
Start with every sub article of this top one for sure, the rest are good starts too but only part of what you need to know.

I too thought 70-646 was easy. I was actually able to pass it without even studying for it. I did however study heavily for the 70-642 and studied moderately for the 70-640.
good job, how much course related material did WGU give you to prepare you for this cert track?
netsysllc
I did not care much for the WGU course material for the MS tests. The mentor did have some good tips but technet and some labs I built at home were the best for me.

Congratulations.
What kind of labbing setup did you use? Do you think it's okay to get by with just one laptop and run virtual machines on it or do you actually have to have physical computers with routers, etc?
If so, I was confused cause it seems your OS has to be windows server 2008 r2 in order to run the Hyper-V for virtual machines but you can't really use that OS if you want it to be your everyday computer as well, right?
I was thinking of getting one of those Dell Precisions with 16 gigs of RAM but they're pretty expensive.

Congrats on your pass!

Congrats! I'm actually about to take this test I believe but it helps us with our partnership track.

Congrats! Hearing it was easier than the other two makes me wish I'd blasted through it after passing the other two, rather than taking a break and getting stale..
Thanks for the tips!
