Hi All,

I just joined this group today.

I am looking to become ITIL certified. Can any one advise on how good is ITILstudy for ITIL training?

    Hi Pikru

    I don't have any experience of ITILstudy, but if they are an accredited training organisation you can confident their material and processes have been assessed against a minimum standard.

    You can also ask them for information about their accredited trainers, pass rates, testimonials etc. if you don't get any response here.

    ITIL training is very important part for giving the examination and become ITIL certified. Becasue in your regular working days you will be following ITIL process but there are something which you do not know, If you will be going for the training you can get idea about some process which you do not know. Trainer will provide you some industriall example which would be related from your day to day activities.
