I don't have any experience of Simplilearn, but with regard to your question about the courses to study - there are many combinations and your current role and desired future career path will affect what you choose.
As a rule of thumb, lifecycle courses are suitable for those who will manage/implement processes, and capability courses are suitable for those who will work with processes on a day to day basis (more focus on process activities).

Hi
The path you are suggesting looks absolutely fine - SS, SD, ST, OSA and CSI gives you cover of the full service lifecycle.
There isn't an overlap between SD and OSA but there would be an overlap between SD and SOA - is it possible that you have mixed these courses up?
