Requesting Certificate

I passed my A+ a week ago. I'd like to get the paper certificate shipped. I was told to login to the comptia certmetrics page and check my personal information and submit. I did that, but it's still showing n/a. is this normal? How long should it take until they actually debate shipping it

Its only been a week...give CompTIA time to ship it out. I've never had to go online to request my certificate mailed to me as they have done it automatically.

I wouldn't get to excited about the shipped A+ card. The PDF on the website is better and you can print it in the quality you want.

I was surprised at the quality after passing the comptia exams through WGU.

I've heard they really upped the quality versus ones received in the past.

Congrats on the pass, it took mine about 2-3 weeks to come in the mail.
