When do you get your score?

Taking ITIL Foundation in the next few days -- do you know on the spot if you passed?
All the info about these exams is so convoluted...cannot tell if they let you know immediately, or you have to wait it out for two weeks to see if they send you a certificate.
If it's computerized, it should be like the PM exam...you get your score immediately--
Maybe I should sell that service to the ITIL people!
