I may try something that was suggested in another BBC article (Should people be off on Fridays) - working a 10 hour day for 4 days giving you Friday, Saturday & Sunday off. I'll see if an employer is open to it at some stage. Doubt I'll get the free international travel option though!

I doubt your management will go for it. I am pretty sure you put 10+ hours ( at least i do) each day in anyways.

1. I'm not working at the moment! (reasons I won't go in to..)
2. I live in Ireland, we generally work a 40 hour week.

I think I could swing it with a bit of remote work just in case I'm needed. It would have to be the right opportunity to do it though.

Used to work a 9/80 schedule but changed over to 4/10's, and I freaking love it.

I do 4/11 shifts, it is the maple kind of work pattern.

At my old job we got every other Friday off working four 9s and 1- 8 hour shift each week.

If I lived closer to work I would be all over 4-10s, actually I would do 4-10s anyways now that I think about it.
