Juniper Networks Certified Support Tracks
Hello all,
I'm surprised this hasn't been posted yet, so I'll jump in
3 new Juniper Professional certifications:
Juniper Networks Certified Support Professional, Service Provider Routing and Switching (JNCSP-SP)
Juniper Networks Certified Support Professional, Enterprise Routing and Switching (JNCSP-ENT)
Juniper Networks Certified Support Professional, Security (JNCSP-SEC)
Each of these require the corresponding JNCIP as a prerequisite, as well as a Junos Troubleshooting exam (JN0-690).
Written exams for Junos Troubleshooting and JNCSP-SP (JN0-692) go live June 28. JNCSP-ENT (JN0-694 ) and JNCSP-SEC (JN0-696) go live in July.
Recommended course:
Junos Troubleshooting in the NOC (JTNOC)
Advanced Junos Service Provider Troubleshooting (AJSPT)
Advanced Junos Enterprise Switching Troubleshooting (AJEXT)
Advanced Junos Enterprise Routing Troubleshooting (AJERT)
Advanced Junos Enterprise Security Troubleshooting (AJEST)

I wish there was a class/test for troubleshooting the MAG which covers both SA/IC. It seems so tough to get networking teams to understand the application-related pieces these days. -

I wouldn't more agree to that
We do have couple of SA GWs in production environment and I can see that even guys after Juniper training and with "some" experience with these GWs do have problems with troubleshooting most of the problems ...
