If so:
Some enterprise A/V product
TripWire Enterprise
Some enterprise patch management software (SCOM/SCCM, Tivoli Endpoint Manager)
Splunk
And a few good infosec personnel to manage it all

I use Nmap and Symantec Small Business End point protection on my servers and Trend Micro on my clients
