Hi, Can anyone recommend online institutions for online training and exam preparation for the ITIL intermediate capability exams? I just passed the RCV exam getting 34 out of 40. I would prfer to study in my own time instead attending a training institute which I did for the RCV exam. I have talked to artofservice.com and they seem OK. I'm just wondering w3hat other companies offer similar services to them.

Take a look at the ITILtrainingzone.com. They use videos, a study guide and exercises, and provide support through a tutor. They are reasonably priced, and have a great reputation.
