I want to book ITIL intermediate OSA, need guidance

Dears,
I have passed ITIL foundation, and attended a course for ITIL intermediate OSA (Operational Support and Analysis). I would like to book my exam.
I have prometric account & EXIN account. Can someone tell me:

1- How much the exam cost?
2- How to book exam to be in testing center, not through anywhere as my Internet connection failed the test?

Hi modulo2,

The intermediate exams aren't available to purchase directly via Prometric centres. You could try contacting an examination institute like EXIN or CSME to see if they are able to set one up for you in a test centre.

The ITIL Intermediate exams are not available to take via Prometric centre. If you wish, I would like to suggest you to take the ITIL Intermediate exams via EXIN Anywhere - Exams online.

This exam can be taken at home, via your laptop or computer. You will need a strong and stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. Please do make sure you test your configuration before you start.

It was really strange, my internet connection is 4MB & it failed the test
