EC-Council can't receive confirmation from my supervisor via email

My supervisor said he sent the verification form on May 2nd by his offical mail and the sending appeared to be normal,but ec-council inform me that they have not received any confirmation from your verifier to prensent
Does anybody have the same experience ?

They got the email from my supervisor when he sent it in. Not sure what happened in your case.

Does he have a copy of the sent email? Maybe you can print it out and fax it or scan it in.

Thank you ! My supervisior filled out the attached verification form and returning it to cehapp@eccouncil.org,is it possible to be a spam?
