When you register for the course, is there a time limit for you to finish it? Or can you do it at your pace and still get the free exam?

I could be cheeky and say "sign up and find out" but heh :)

To verify, the promotion ends on the 10th of September, yes? Not the 9th of October?

Makes no difference, just sign up .. Once you signed up for the exam you can re-schedule it .. Same with the training - you buy it immediately for $0 and it won't just disappear, in fact, I booked my exam end of September because I don't have the time to sit it before.

You know that by now you invested more time in posting the questions than it would have taken you to sign up :p

anybody knows how many free attempts we have?
Can we sit for the exam at home or does it require a testing center?

What does this certification provide? Is it worth it, lol, I mean besides being free, what does it validate?

My study sync couldn't be more off with Brocade's free exam offers. They always have them when I'm waist deep into studying for something else more important for my careericon_sad.gif. Maybe one day I will get lucky.

This is really hard to pass up. Its 5 hours of free training from Brocade. If you pass the exam you get to put a Brocade Engineer cert on your resume. And its all free! My favorite F word!

Thanks for the heads up on this, I previously did another Brocade certification course and enjoyed the quality so I will be interested in checking this one out too.

Did you receive a hard copy of the certificate when you passed? I'm wondering if they give you certificates

I'm actually not sure, there may have been a PDF certificate that you can download, but the one I took was basically one of the entry-level exams. I don't quite remember if there was or was not a printable cert that came with it. The actual course content was very well made, had a good pace, and was clear.

No hard copy certs from brocade. Just printable PDFs. Anyone know the passing score criteria on this exam?
