Passed 98-349

Just passed 98-349 exam.

I am trying to switch careers to IT, so this was my first IT exam. I am glad to have passed it on first attempt.

I prepared using Sybex book and Microsoft Official Course Book.

Will aim for 98-366 next.

Congrats! The first step is the hardest. I made the switch about 3 years ago after putting it off for years and not enjoying my other jobs. Couldn't be happier.

I was working in a non-IT field for 10 years, was laid off due to company reorganization in 2013. Then found another non-IT job where I worked up until recently, which I was not enjoying at all.

I felt very happy after I obtained my first certification. Small step, but at least a beginning.

I am now self studying full time and plan to attempt a few more certifications. Not sure where this will all lead me to. How did you get your first IT job?
