Technical Exam for a Technical support manager?

I going to have next week my technical exam for this position. Basically I going to have some people under my command in a 7/24 environment troubleshooting devices like laptops, PDA etc. I already pass the first interview. So What kind of test should I expect? common questions maybe some scenario questions?

Any idea?

It's a technical aptitude test to see if you can walk the walk not just talk the talk...

You'll either know it or you won't.

yeah, a ccna and ccna:sec but the job is not related to networks. They told me that. It must managment and troubleshooting.

It may test you for people skills. Questions in regards to policy and circumstances...what would you do type questions.
