help to solve basic MPLS problem+gns3 file

hi
i followed from 4 training from youtube
i config all router completely step by step from video but for example even i type:show ip route on CE router(like MY_IST)
i cant see any route , only itself route
please help me to solve that ... what is problem?

What have you done to troubleshoot so far? Are routing relationships up? We aren't here just to do the work for you.
