Console logging

I recently started watching vids for my ICND2 upcoming test. I noticed in the vids that the teacher would point out things when the system logs an event. In the past, they have really bothered me, that I have turned them off on all of my devices.

When you are working with your labs, do you pay attention to the logs or simply turn them off like I do?

Reason I am asking people opinions, should I turn the logging back on and get use to it, because I can learn something from it, or not really?

They seem to come up at the wrong times for me.

it is nice to see the logging messsages to see that things are working like you wan tthem to. But, use the logging synchronous command to made t he messages less intrusive.

Is that different then no logging at all? if so, what is the command?

The default console logging level might be a bit noisy to some, so simply change the level. critical might be a good balance.

Not a good mental habit to avoid logging, especially if the device needs to scream at you about something.
