CISSP Audio/Podcast resources?

Would anyone have recommendations on audio resources (podcasts, mp3s, etc) for studying for the CISSP exam? I have a weekly commute that is ~6 hours one way. I'm looking to effectively utilize the time.

And i thought commuting 3-4 hours a day was bad.

Guys I'd be interested in CISSP and CCNA and CCNA Security audio files or videos.

This would only last you about 1/3 of your trip but it is at least something. I don't think that Audible has any books at all.

Thanks! And to clarify - I have a commute the is 6 hours one direction - but I only drive it one a week.
