Hi Shivani
The best tip I can give you is to look at job listings for the jobs you want and see what they are asking for. Is it higher level ITIL certs, project management certs, technical certs etc? This is the best way to identify your next step, but I'm happy to answer any questions about IT service management training if you have them.
