No seriously, I can not offer you a free ITILV3 certification but what I can say is that my company just confirmed that they will reimburse me for the exam fee of $225 and as it happened management was having a discussion yesterday in regards to the ITIL SDLC process and didn't have anyone that holds the cerification to provide feedback. One day later I send the cerification to my manager and he was like.. "This is funny, we were talking about this yesterday" I guess that was the reason for the reimbursement so free certification for me.
