Passed Security+ today!

I passed the exam today with an 854/900. I used Labsim and Darril Gibson's Security+ book. I found Darill's book to be extremely helpful and that his questions were very similar to the actual exam questions. Good luck you all.

Congrats on the pass. I ordered the Darril Gibson book a couple of days ago to start studying for the CompTIA Security+ exam. I keep hearing that it's a great book and comes highly recommended. After completing the Security+, I'll have the CompTIA Trio (A+/Network+/Security+) certifications. Anyway, is this your first IT certification? Congrats again.

Thanks, this will be my 5th certification. I do have the trio (A+, Security+, Network+), and I also have an ITIL and CIW Web Design Specialist certification. Good luck to you again.

So do I! I used uCertify (which I hate with a passion) through my college (WGU) for the Network+ last month, and I barely passed it. I really felt like uCertify had a lot of material missing and some of it was out of date. My next cert will probably be the linux+ for my operating systems course.
