OSCP - Report Question

For those who completed the OSCP, I had a question. For the report on the lab, do you include documentation for the lab exercises or only report on the machines you compromise in the lab environment? Thanks in advance!

I reported only on the machines and passed. Have a look at the OffSec forums though; there have been a few discussions about whether to report on the exercises or not.

Did the same with some auto-critics on my exam performance as an appendix. This using the provided template, toward my readings (OffSec forums and exam documentation) my feeling was that they widely prefer to receive reports with their own template.
