Interview advice

Hey guys, just looking for a bit of advice and to see what experiences other folk are having. I am working in a System admin role currently and recently been applying for more network type jobs as that is the field I want to break into and will help me get exposure to Cisco devices to help with my CCNA journey.
To cut a long story short, I've had 3 interviews for Network admin/engineer roles and been unsuccessful right at the end of the process after a few interviews for each one. When chasing for feedback everything has been positive, I was hoping to find weaknesses that I can improve on but nothing at all from any of them. How am I supposed to know what I am doing wrong or where I need to work at? It's nice to get good feedback but disappointing in a way as it's not helping me to get in the direction I want to go in. Sorry for the rant but wondered if others had similar experiences?

Maybe add to the question "How was the other person better than me?" Sometimes you are good enough for the job, but the other person is just better because more experience, more qualifications, cheaper, CEO's nephew... sometimes you can do something about it, sometimes you can't.2017 Goals - Something Cisco, Something Linux, Agile PM -

Thanks man, I was thinking of doing that as have got down to the last two in the last few cases. So close but no cigar!
