Although there isn't a lot of material out there, I found the Cloud Essentials: CompTIA Authorized Courseware for Exam CLO-001 book to be pretty good.

In case anyone is confused about Cloud Essentials vs Cloud+, Cloud Essentials is geared more towards IT Executives and/or decision makers who ultimately must decide if cloud computing is worth investing in. As a result the exam is slightly less technical and includes more business considerations. Cloud+ is designed for IT professionals therefore is a little more technical.
