    icon_cheers.gifCongrats on the new cert!
No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives.

    Congratulations on the pass!

Did you self-study or take a class?

I self-studied and it wasn't that bad. Haven't decided which one I should take next, albeit I'm leaning towards the service operation certificate.

Do I have to attend training to get the service operation cert?

Yes. In ITIL every certification above foundation requires attending the associated class. There are some companies out there offering online versions of these courses, however, I would not recommend anything other than instructor-led training for anything above foundation.

    Congrats on the pass.

Yes you have to take a class with an accredited training organization or else you can't sit for the exam for anything above foundation.

I know several people that failed on their first time. Congrats on the pass.
Decide what to be and go be it.

Thanks. Honestly, it was a straight forward exam rather than way toooooo wordy such as the Micro$oft exams.
