Power cycle the router and send the break sequence as soon as you see something appear Just reread that - Are you saying that it hangs after IOS starts, and that you're unable to break into rommon at all, or youre unable to break into rommon after it shows that? My first suspect is your terminal settings, make sure they're correct.
