What's going on with the certifications? 0.0

I earned my MCP a few days ago. Today I received a mail and signed up to the mcp web site. The site gave me the option to download my certificate and claimed that I can order a printed certification.
When I passed the exam (70-270) I received a printed document that promised me a Welcome Kit (a physical one). Does it include my certification? If not, how can I order it?
Thanks for the help.

You can still order a printed certificate (a shipping and handling fee is required).

Does this make them (the pins) a collectors item -

I was debating buying a card printer to fill-in for them. Seems like a great business opportunity, given all the card-related outrage I've seen here -

After what we pay for tests, and the amount of time devoted to studying they should be giving us certificates and cards for free."We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of the dreams."
