You could still edit the configuration files and use NetworkManager. For instance, create a new file /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-TEST Add- TYPE, BOOTPROTO, ONBOOT, NAME, UUID, DEVICE, IPADDR, PREFIX, GATEWAY, etc....
