Well, I actually looked at this thread as being about a new cert offered by ISACA, not about privacy. I don't think there are any privacy specific forums on this board... the URL is infosecinstitute.com and the title of the board is TechExams by INFOSEC. People can sign up to receive information on the ISACA CDPSE certification as is released. There is limited early-adoption period starting May 4, 2020. I'm guessing this is a grandfathering period for established privacy professionals to apply for the certification and possibly obtain it without taking the exam. -

I don't see why you would you expect the certification requirements to remain static, especially when ISACA already says they intend to add an exam. I didn't say I question studying for an exam.
