By "related field", it can mean a lot of different things. I wouldn't be surprised if Mathematics and Computer Science are considered as such. Does your 4-year experience cover at least 3 of the 4 domains of CISM? If yes, then you should be good. Worst case is you would have to wait 1 more year which is not that long.
