Need help with Becrypt and windows xp

I need help with a Windows XP laptop encrypted using Becrypt Disk Protect v6.1.x or v6.2.x. I have the Becrypt passphrase, but cannot access the Windows account. Admin access is disabled, and I need a professional to assist with bypass, recovery, or data extraction.

    becrypt on xp can be a pain. If it’s not booting or you need to decrypt, you’ll need the recovery media and the right key—without those it won’t work. best bet is to make a backup image first, then boot from the becrypt recovery disk/USB and use your recovery key to fix or decrypt. If you don’t have the key, you’ll need to reach out to becrypt or whoever set it up.
