Realistic time frame to take the exams?

For a guy with some previous Linux experience, what would be a realistic time frame from today to take both exams? 2 months? 4 months? I've started reading Roderick Smith's study guide and the material I've read so far has just been review of what I already know.

2 months should be plenty. While I've had the book since Christmas I made a serious push the past 5 weeks to get LX0-101 done.
