I used Mike Meyers All in One.

Mike Myers all in one I think is best and also adds a little humor to the reading . Breaks it down for better understanding instead of just technical jargon.

I used Todd Lammle Network+ deluxe edition by Sybex.

Make sure you have a copy of the objectives.

I like Meyers books for net+ and a+

Sybex are good, too.
