CCNA CBT Nuggets, any good?

I'm taking my 70-290 tomorrow and I plan on taking a break from Microsoft Certifications to pursue my CCNA.

I wanted to ask people who have used the CCNA CBT Nuggets if they are worth the money and if they are any good.

I'm wavering right now on buying them, so any input could greatly help.

I borrowd a CBT material from my friend to clarify my doubts in WAN technology. It was good.
