Second Interview, What to expect?

I had an interview this week, it went pretty good. I got called for a second interview. They will be choosing one of of three candidates for the IT Support position.

I am not sure what to expect or how to prepare for this interview. In the first interview they asked about 20 questions, most of them were technical. Any tips or experiences would be great.
