Basic port and ds-group numbering

I've come across some three port numbering in voice VWIC card configurations on OCG.

Just to be sure, can someone please define where these numbers point to?
port 1/0/0 vs port 1/0/1
and
port 1/0:1

I see :1 is a DS0-group but then why not 1/0/1:1 as well?

Just confused as to what all those mean overall.
