Ran across this on twitter, there might be a few folks here that could at least write the essay to apply for one of these 9 scholarships.

Not a fan of the Phoenix stigma, but I am a big fan of free education.

That seems like a great opportunity for those that are enrolled. However, it wouldn't motivate me to enroll.
